We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Connection Dental Network, Delta Dental, GEHA, Health Choice, United Health Care, and Unum. 

We do accept out of network insurance. If you have questions about your specific policy, please call our office and we would be happy to discuss your options. 

We accept Care Credit, a payment solution for costs not covered by insurance.
